Get to know Beth

Here's my why...

I absolutely love to see walls fall and barriers break when women are challenged, encouraged and motivated. Seeing my audience tuck truths in their hearts and messages in their minds fuels my soul. Every time I have the privilege to be on a stage, I hope to create true and lasting change to build community and encourage connection.

I have lived my entire life in the estrogen cloud, and I so get the dynamics of groups of women. Girls FAR outnumber boys in my family.  From my childhood friends to my mom tribe to my biz besties, my relationships with women have shaped my heart.  At our best, women are fierce, loyal, nurturing and tender…but at our worst, we tear each other apart. With over two decades in education in a female-dominated industry, I have learned powerful tools of connection create the strongest teams. And I can’t wait to share them with your group!

Why your team will connect with me...

Sharing insights and stories that engage the audience is totally my jam- and I love to keep them smiling.  The content I deliver creates a “better together” magic that gives teams practical steps to powerful connection.

Things I Love

Jesus.  I would be living a very different life without my faith and His grace.

Bryce! I married my boyfriend in 1995…and that cute frat boy turned out to be an amazing hubs, dad AND business partner.

My kids! Kamryn and Cole are the best gift of my life. Even though they are adults, nothing makes me happier than when the 4 of us are snuggled on our big, fluffy couch.

My business – Stretch-n-Grow.  What started as my mommy job to give me more time with my babies turned out to be our family business that has changed lives…especially mine.
Nature.  Being in creation fuels my souls.
Pedicures with my mama and my girl are one of my favorite ways to spend time with these two very special ladies.
Vaca! We vaca HARD because we work HARD.  No lazy days for us.   We hike, we explore and we go go go!
Teaching group fitness and yoga!  It has been my side hustle for my entire adult life.  Helping people stay fit fuels me.
Coffee… but only if it’s frothy and flavored.
